Judy and I would like to thank Columbus Travel for all you have done, your professional approach started from when we were picked up on arrival and has continued since then. I will give a great Trip Advisor report and will mention you to my NZ Travel Agent as being a fantastic company that puts your clients first and takes great care of them. My initial experience. with Veronica was amazing and this has continued. Thank everyone very much and was a pity that Judy is going to miss most of this holiday we have been planning for over 12 months
Looking at it now Carlos’s decision to get a doctor to look at Judy and who referred us to the specialist may have saved a life as the doctors in Quito had concerns with possible blood clots occurring during flying prior to the operation.
