After the cruise, we continued with our trip and arrived back home only two days ago. So only now we are able to comment and reply.
As for the feedback for Columbus Travel:
The cruise coordination was made via the internet and it was our first time to book something “bigger” (much more expensive) than booking a hotel room. We were a bit worried if everything will be ordered and prepared as promised.
Finally, when time came – EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS PLANNED AND EXACTLY AS WAS EXPLAINED BY YOU.
Your explanations, coordination, organizations and patience to our “non-ending” questions and requests, were way over the norm we expected.
Definitely, if we will be asked for a travel agency, our recommendation will be Columbus Travel with many good ones for Carolina Montenegro.
Needless to say that the Galapagos cruise was something extraordinary that will be in our minds for a long time.
