Great to hear from you! I have been wanting to write to thank you for your great service, and to tell you that our trip was truly superb. There were no bad experiences. Everything worked smoothly. All connections were great. Everyone was generous and helpful. La Casona was the perfect hotel, except next time we would get a room away from the street the accordion player played until after midnight!
Galapagos was a dream come true. Every day was filled with fascinating adventure and awesome experiences. There could not be a better ship and crew; guides were first class, and the service superb. Even the weather was perfect. Such a great trip!
Working with you was a pleasure. We are so very glad that we found you. Thanks for making all of this happen. Our only regret was that we did not get to meet you in person. Keep up the good work.
