Hello Ivonne,
We just returned from our Galapagos trip. I wanted to tell you that we were very pleased with everything: accommodation, food, crew on the boat and itinerary, the transfers to the airport. Also, we appreciated your support regarding our lost bags and everything you and the company made so we can get them as fast as possible.
